Spiritual and Personal Development 3-Part Series:

Right in time to welcome in the spring and REBIRTH that comes with it.

Who is this for:

This series of workshops is for anyone seeking deeper connection with their spiritual path, eager to develop their intuitive gifts, or ready to release the heavy energies of past struggles. Whether you’re navigating a challenging transition or feeling called to awaken your inner light, this journey is designed to guide and support you through it.  It I also for anyone simply seeking to awaken to their own spiritual path and practice.

Each workshop piggy back’s off each other for a 3-month spiritual immersion.  Every workshop will finish with homework to be completed on your own and you will receive a certificate of completion for each. 

You can also simply do the workshops “à la carte” by choosing the ones that most interest you.

Part 2: The Art of Connection: Communication and Intuitive Development

Unlock the power of authentic connection. Discover the art of conscious communication to express yourself clearly and empathetically, while deepening your intuitive abilities to truly understand your own unique communication language.

Learn to bridge the gap between words and energy. Cultivate relationships that are aligned, meaningful, and empowering. Relationship building begins with knowing yourself and learning to communicate with your own desires and needs. In this workshop you will learn to hear your voice and to communicate it with love and empowerment.

What we will cover:

Heart-Centered Communication

• What is heart-centered communication?
• Explore the principles of active listening, empathy, authenticity, and presence.
• Learn how to hold sacred space for yourself.

Developing Intuition

• Understanding Intuition
• Defining intuition and its role in communication and decision-making.
• Exploring how intuition manifests (gut feelings, visual cues, emotional insights).
• Exercises to hear your intuitive style and voice.

Bridging Communication and Intuition

• Learning to speak from the Heart
• Exercises to identify and express feelings authentically without judgment.

Integration and Application

• Building Trust in Intuition and Communication
• Discussion: Overcoming doubt and fear in trusting intuitive and authentic expressions.
