to reach higher levels of consciousness and love.

SPRING CLEANING YOUR CHAKRAS

As the snow begins to melt from the ground and green shoots start to emerge from the soil as promises of the blooms come, it is time to take stock of your spiritual house.  You may already have plans to spring clean your home ~ but what about the clutter and grime that has settled into your energy field and chakras?

• Information of each of the 7 chakras includes techniques to support you (crystals to use, food to eat, essential oils, chakracizes and more).
• We will do a powerful meditation to clear blockages from your chakras & energy field and release what no longer serves you
• You will be activated into a new energy that will allow more love and light into your heart and life
• Sound healing such as crystal bowls, Light Language, Tibetan bowls or Native American drumming.
• We will do a creative art technique
• You will receive a handout for the 7 chakras
