The flower moon is a time to surrender to the effortless rhythm of life.

This meditation will invite you to release resistance, trust in divine timing, and embrace the natural unfolding of your journey.

Like a river flowing with ease, you will be guided to soften, receive, and move in harmony with the universe.

Through breath, stillness, and intention, step into a state of flow where life supports and carries you effortlessly.

Come as you are and allow yourself to be gently held in the current of possibility.

Afterward, we’ll take time to journal, share reflections, and enjoy tea and treats in a warm and supportive space.
