About Your Instructor
Crystal Champagne, a certified and seasoned yin yoga and meditation teacher with over 8 years of experience, wears multiple hats as a busy real estate broker and a yin yoga and meditation instructor who, in the past, had the honor of being a two-time Lululemon ambassador. Beyond her professional roles, Crystal is driven to teach yoga with a deep understanding of its profound ability to bring balance to a hectic world consumed by constant “doing.” Emphasizing the importance of understanding ourselves as human beings, not solely defined by our actions, she aims to inspire both herself and her fellow participants to let go and simply “be.”
Crystal places significant value on stillness as a catalyst for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Her unwavering commitment to guiding others in embracing moments of quiet reflection reflects her genuine belief in the transformative power of mindfulness amid life’s chaos.
